One to one classes

The HypnoBirthing® course is approximately 12 hours of tuition, split into four sessions for mum to be and her birth partner. Clases take place in your home, leaving you feeling more relaxed. It's never too early nor too late to start the course, although the best time is between 25-30 weeks

My current price is £175 per couple if you live in Ashford or £225 if you live outside of Ashford. A £50 deposit is required to release a copy of the book and relaxation CD.

What will you learn?

Breathing techniques to help keep you relaxed all throughout labour.

An understanding of how your body works during labour

How to relase any fears you may have about childbirth

How to reduce your risk of needing an episiotomy or tearing during childbirth

How to bring about a natural start to your labour, if you go past your due date

HypnoBirthing® embraces the idea of pre-natal bonding and has various creative techniques to learn and use
